I had three successful stops in Georgia last week culminating in a great discussion at the Elbert County Public Library with Lee Allen Wells, the artist who drew the images used on the new cover of Fall Line. Our leadup to the event included an article in the Elberton Star newspaper and the radio appearance embedded below. We also exhibited the original drawing.
Earlier in the week I signed books and ate banana pudding in my hometown of Cedartown at the Polk County Historical Society and signed a few books at Eagle Eye Bookshop in Atlanta.
I was very happy to hit a trifecta of three of my favorite kinds of institutions: an independent bookstore, a historical society, and a public library. Thanks to all who hosted me and everyone who came out to see me.
